This looks like a fun and easy project that could be used on all sorts of fabric projects. Your mom has stamps...all you need is a fabric paint. I think this would also work with pre-made rubber stamps or you could use those thick foam stamps. The key is in the fabric paint and making sure you follow the directions for setting the paint so its washable. Here is the Martha Stewart website.
